Have you heard of Arduino Projects? If not, let me fill you in.

According to the website, “Arduino is an open-source electronics platform based on easy-to-use hardware and software.”

Arduino Kits allow you to build cool things like alarm clocks, temperature sensors, and much more.

These projects are super interesting and would be something intriguing for your chat to watch you build.

2. Play Online Claw And Crane Machine Games

Did you know that you can play claw machine and crane machine games online? No really, you can even win prizes from playing these games online and winning.

Imagine playing claw machine-type games with people from your stream watching you. Can you handle the pressure? How fun would this be to do on stream?

If you are interested, here is a link to one of the more well-known online claw machine websites out there.

And if you do decide to play online claw machine games with your viewers just be careful. Some of the websites are total frauds so watch out.

3. Play Marbles On Stream

Marbles On Stream is one of the best games to wind down a stream. You probably can’t make an entire stream out of this game, but it’s a great filler game.

All you have to do is press a few buttons and the marble race is on. It’s an exciting game and will get the stream chatting for sure.

4. Draw Your Viewers

Whether you are good at drawing or not, this is a fun idea to do on stream.

You could have viewers submit pictures of themselves on Discord or on Twitter and then try to draw them on stream.

Something like this sketchbook on Amazon works, but you could also try to draw them using a program on your computer. Whatever works.

5. Eat Something Super Spicy

This could be rough, but it could also make for some awesome content. You could eat spicy wings, a hot pepper, or some salsa.

You can even buy a super hot chip on Amazon that you eat in front of your stream.

If you choose to do something epic like eat spicy food on stream, make sure to hype it up beforehand so that as many of your followers as possible are there to see it.

6. Put Together A Lego Set

If you are looking for a chill, yet interactive stream, why not build some things with Legos?

You could get a giant pile of random Legos and build something sweet, or you could build something like the Jedi Starfighter like this one on Amazon.

Building with Legos is very chill and your chat will love seeing the progress you make as you tinker away with your Lego set.

7. Play Skribbl.io With Viewers

One of the funniest games I have played with my viewers is Skribbl.io.

In this game, you and your viewers take turns drawing different things and then guessing what other people have drawn.

This game is free, it’s fun, and it’s super easy to set up and play with your stream. You can use this game as a filler or you can make an entire stream out of it.

8. Share Funny Photos From Your Childhood

If you’re not too embarrassed, sharing photos from your childhood is always hilarious and will help strengthen the connection between you and your viewers.

Anytime you allow yourself to be vulnerable with your stream, even if it is just sharing silly photos, your stream will begin to trust you more.

9. Play Oregon Trail

Do you remember playing Oregon Trail in elementary school for some random reason that you can never explain? And remember never beating it? Well, me too.

With that being said, Oregon Trail will have some of your older viewers reminiscing about the good old days making it a great conversation starter for chat.

11. Co-Stream With Another Streamer

A stream is always more entertaining when there is more than one person. The conversation is better, the gameplay is better, it is just more interesting.

We talked about eating spicy food, but what about splurging a little bit and trying some really fancy food on stream.

Some escargot? Some caviar? Some McNuggets? Ok, maybe not that last one but you get the point. It’s an experience and makes for some great content.

And if you go out to eat, and are streaming on Twitch, make sure to add the social eating tag.

13. Make A Tier List Of Disney Movies

Let the controversy begin. Make a tier list of the best Disney movies. This will be great for viewer engagement and will get your chat talking. Probably arguing.

This game is simple yet fun. You make three statements about yourself, 2 are true and 1 is a lie, your chat has to decide which is which.

Are you into fantasy sports? Why not stream yourself drafting your fantasy team or have your chat help set your line up in Fan Duel.

Yoga is a great way to relax and destress. If you are someone who does yoga regularly, why not stream it?

You could even do some simple stretches and then work your way up as your stream rolls on.

Streaming yourself cooking is a unique experience for your viewers and gives them something to watch that isn’t just you playing a game.

I try to play a lot with my viewers and it is a blast. Gaming is always more fun with others and playing with viewers is awesome.

21. Do A Just Chatting Stream

Doing a just chatting stream is simple and yet it will allow you to do whatever you want on your stream. More relaxed and way less pressure.

This is a great way to get to know your viewers better and for them to get to know you. It can also be a great way to get out of a stream slump.

22. Mess Around With Photoshop

This one is for all you creative streamers out there. Messing around with Photoshop on stream can be a lot of fun.

You could do a stream where you make a new banner or overlay, create some simple graphics, or even play around with a photoshopped image.

23. Write A Poem On Stream

Do you have something you want to get off your chest? Why not write a poem live on stream?

It’s fun, it’s creative, and it lets your stream see a different side of you that they may not have known was there.

24. Make A Snacks Tier List

Oreos? Pringles? Pretzels? Where do these rank! We need answers.

Are you feeling overwhelmed with your current living situation? Why not let chat help you reorganize your room.

This is a fun way to get your viewers involved and it can be really entertaining to watch.

26. Play An Online Board Game With Viewers

Do you like playing board games? Why not play one with your viewers. There are a ton of different online board games that you can play from Monopoly to Life.

Just make sure not to destroy any friendships if you do go with Monopoly.

27. Workout Stream

A lot of people have a hard time finding the motivation to work out. Why not get your viewers involved and let them help motivate you?

There are a lot of different workouts that you can do on stream. You could do a simple cardio workout or even a full-body lifting session if you have the equipment.

And the beautiful thing is you may even inspire some of your viewers to start getting in shape and working out with you.

Twitch even has a category dedicated to fitness and health that you can add your stream to if you decide to do a workout stream.

28. Play Your Game Blindfolded

This is a fun and entertaining twist to gaming. Imagine playing a game where you can’t see? It could get real loco.

This would be best to do as a reward for your stream hitting a certain goal.

29. Play Your Game With One Hand

Playing your game with one hand can be challenging but it would be a lot of fun.

And just like playing your game blindfolded, I think this one is best done as a reward for hitting a certain goal your stream has.

30. Invite IRL Friends To Chill With You And Your Chat

Do you have friends that are into Twitch? Invite them over to chill with you and your chat.

This is a lot of fun and it gives your chat a chance to know some of the people behind the screen. Stuff like this helps strengthen trust in a stream.

31. Do A Q&A With Chat

Doing a Q&A with chat is a great way to get your viewers involved and let them see another side of you.

It can also be a great way to learn more about your viewers and get some questions for future streams.

If you decide to do a Q&A with your stream make sure to add the “AMA” tag on Twitch. It stands for Ask Me Anything.

32. Make A Twitch Emotes Tier List

Most people who are into live streaming are familiar with Twitch emotes. They are somewhat iconic if you ask me.

So why not do a tier list of some of the best Twitch emotes. It would be fun and a great way to look back at some of the best emotes to have come our way.

33. Order A Pizza From Different Places And Compare Them

Everybody loves pizza so there should be lots of experts on this topic.

You could get local pizzas and compare them or stick to the more well-known pizza chains such as Pizza Hut or Papa John.

34. Practice A New Language

This is a great way to improve your skills and it can be really fun. You could do this by speaking the language on stream or by trying to read and write it.

If you’re feeling really ambitious, you could even try doing a language stream where you only speak that language. Just make sure you know what you’re saying before you say it.

35. Travel Somewhere New And Do An IRL Stream

You could go anywhere from a new city to a new country. This will be especially fun if you have friendly viewers that are willing to support your trip.

You could do this in the form of a travel vlog or you could even do it as an IRL stream. Either way, this is definitely something to look forward to.

This is a great way to show your growth as a streamer. You could also do this with some of your viewer’s favorite moments from your stream.

This would be a great way to get some laughs and learn more about your viewers in the process.

37. Eat Something You Have Never Eaten Before

This is a great way to introduce new foods and cultures into your stream. You could do this with some of the viewers or even have them vote on the food you should try.

Just make sure to have a plan B in case the food doesn’t turn out well.

38. Play An Instrument On Stream

This is a great way to show off your skills and it can be really fun. You could do this with anything from the guitar to drums or maybe even a flute if that’s your jam.

Just make sure to stay away from copyrighted music because that will get you in trouble with most streaming platforms.

Some people really like competitive gaming and so what better way to give that to them than competing in a tournament.

The size of the tournament or money in the prize pool of the tournament doesn’t matter, it’s more about the intensity that comes with competitive play.

41. Play Wager Matches

Similar to tournaments, wager matches are competitive and can be super sweaty.

Wager matches are where you bet another player that you will win a match. Having money on the line will make your regular gameplay much more interesting.

42. Cosplay

Cosplaying is a great way to show your creative side and it can be really fun. You could do this with any character you want whether it’s from a game, movie, or show.

It can be especially fun if you do this with your viewers and let them pick the character.

43. Truth Or Dare With Chat

This is a great way to get to know your viewers better and it can be super fun. You could either do this as a standalone stream or as a segment in your stream.

Just make sure that you are playing truth or dare responsibly and not doing anything that could get you in trouble with your streaming platform.

44. Would You Rather With Chat

If done right, would you rather can be hilarious. You could have your chat decide the questions, look them up online or get the buy a would you rather game like this one on Amazon.

This would work best if you plan it out and have some good would you rather questions on hand in case there begins to be any awkward silence.

45. Do IRL Challenges  With Viewers

This is a great way to get your viewers involved in your stream. You could do challenges like the cinnamon challenge or the chubby bunny challenge.

Anything that is crazy, but not too crazy where someone could get hurt is a cool idea to stream.

46. Do A Giveaway

A giveaway is a great way to get new viewers and it’s pretty fun. To decide a winner you could do a drawing, have your chat pick a number, etc., etc.

And as far as what you will give away well, that is up to you.

47. Paint Something On Stream

Painting is unique and it gives you lots of options. You could do this with anything from landscapes, portraits, anime characters, and more.

It can be a great way to show off your skills as an artist and it’s always fun and relaxing to watch someone else paint.

And if you need help, they even have adult painting books to help guide you. Here is an example of one on Amazon. I know I would need this for sure.

Also, if you are streaming on Twitch, make sure to add the painting tag.

48. Have A Cook-Off Contest With A Friend

Cooking is a great way to get people involved in your stream and it’s easy because you can do something like this with someone else.

You could have a baking contest, cooking contest, or have chat decide what the competition will be. The possibilities are endless and you can make it as intense or as light-hearted as you want.

And don’t forget to add the cooking tag if you are on Twitch.

49. Sing Karaoke

Karaoke is always a blast and it’s something that can easily get people involved. You could either do this by yourself or with a friend, but either way, it will be an awesome time.

You could also have chat pick the songs; however, be very careful not to stream any copyrighted music. Doing so could get you into trouble so watch out.

50. Stream Yourself In An Uber Or Lyft

Streaming yourself driving is not allowed, but you can stream yourself riding in an Uber or a Lyft. This could be an interesting idea because you will be interacting with new people (your drivers) and new places.

Just make sure to get permission from the driver that they are ok with you streaming them. Oh, and tip them well too.

51. Do An Unboxing

Unboxing is a great way to get people excited about new products that are coming out.

You could either do this with video games, movies, or even new tech gadgets like the iPhone X. Just make sure you hype it up beforehand so that way you are not unboxing something with nobody watching.

And if you are on Twitch make sure to add the unboxing tag to your stream so people can find you easier.

52. Teach Your Viewers A New Skill

Teaching is a great way to interact with your viewers and it’s always nice when you can help someone learn something new.

You can do cooking classes, makeup tutorials, or new dance moves. If you have a unique skill why not share it with your community every now and again.

53. Stream Yourself Working

Do you have a unique job or a job that people might be curious about? Maybe you do construction or work on a farm. If you do something unique, why not set up your phone or camera and stream yourself doing that job.

If you are able to stream yourself at work then you could knock out a stream and your job all at the same time. You could also stream yourself studying if you just want to hang with others while you grind.

And if you are going to stream yourself working or studying, and you are streaming on Twitch, make sure to add the co-working tag.

54. Talk About Stocks

Finances and stocks are some of the most popular topics on the internet. If you feel like you have special financial knowledge to offer why not stream it.

And even if you don’t have special knowledge, but are willing to put in the work to learn about certain stocks, this could be valuable to others as well.

If you are on Twitch make sure you add the finance tag to your stream.

55. Talk About Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is a big deal and it seems to keep growing in popularity. If you are into crypto and feel like you have special knowledge to share, there are definitely people who would listen.

Again, you don’t have to be an expert. Maybe your niche is just reporting on the latest crypto news which quite frankly anyone can do.

56. Do A Stream For Charity

Doing a charity stream is a great way to give back. This has been done by streamers and streams of all sizes. You could do a charity stream for a local cause or even go global and raise money for a certain organization.

It’s all about what you want to do and who your audience is. If they are willing, this could be a great idea for your stream.

There is also a charity tag on Twitch that you should add when doing a charity stream.

57. Host A Tournament

Tournaments are always a blast and they can be good for almost any game. You could do a tournament for your favorite game or even one that is trending.

Just keep in mind that it will take a lot of planning and requires many people to help you out as well. Also, make sure to have plenty of prizes for the winners.

58. Create A Music Playlist

Want to make a playlist for music that you will play on your stream? Or maybe you have a playlist but want to update it?

Well, why not let your viewers get involved with the process. The more you let your viewers contribute the more they feel like they are part of the community.

Also, make sure the music that you add to your playlist is not copyrighted or else you could get a DMCA claim.

Tattoos and tattooing are something that people are interested in watching. If you plan on getting a tattoo why not just stream it.

In fact, Twitch has a tag specifically for tattoos and so if you are streaming on Twitch, and are getting a tattoo, you will want to add that tag.

60. Play The “Mouthguard Challenge” Game

Have you heard of this game? Basically, you put this huge cheek retractor in your mouth and try to talk. And as you can imagine you sound pretty foolish.

But the more foolish you sound the more chat will laugh so I guess it’s a win right?

61. Knit Something

Alright, you don’t have to be a grandma to knit so just stop. Knitting is different and it can be fun. Your chat might even like it.

62. Play A Sport And Stream It

This one is pretty obvious. If you are into sports and like streaming then this is a great option for you. There are tons of sports to stream, but some of the easiest would be ping pong, tennis, and pick-up basketball.

The reason these are some of the easier sports to stream is because they don’t require a lot of people to play them.

Also, if you do decide to stream yourself playing a sport and you are on Twitch, make sure to add the tag that goes with your sport.

63. Make Things With A 3D Printer

If you have a 3D printer or if you plan on getting one, this would be a super cool thing to stream. And since they are a little pricey to obtain there will be fewer people using them and streaming them.

And there is also a 3D printing tag on Twitch that you should use if you do plan to stream this.

64. Talk About Anime

AOT, Dragon Ball Z, Naruto…these are all awesome animes and are a blast to discuss with others. If you are into anime then consider doing a stream where you and your viewers just go over a bunch of animes.

And again, if you are on Twitch, make sure to add the anime tag.

65. Do Some Crafting

Been wanting to start a new crafting project but don’t want to do it alone? Why not stream it. Crafting is something that can be really fun and relaxing. And there are a ton of different crafts that you can do.

It can be something as simple as taping together some toilet paper rolls or as complex as glass blowing. And make sure to add the crafting tag if you are on Twitch.

66. Dance On Stream

Dancing is a great way to get your body moving and to have some fun. And if you are comfortable dancing on stream then you should totally do it.

There are some great songs out there with awesome choreographed dances that you can learn and perform on stream. Just make sure they are copyright free. And if you are on Twitch there are several dancing tags you can add.

67. Sew Something

Sewing is a great skill to have and it can be really fun. And if you are good at sewing why not stream your projects? Also, if you are on Twitch, take advantage of the sewing tag that is available.

68. Fly A Drone

Streaming yourself flying a drone is really cool. You can capture some amazing footage and show it to your viewers.

69. Create Music

Creating music is a really fun and creative thing to do. And if you are good at it, why not stream it?

If you have special DJ software you can use that, or if you just play a simple instrument you can use that to create music as well.

70. Stream Yourself Fishing

This one is for all you fishermen out there. If you love to fish and like streaming, then this could be a great option for you.

There are a ton of fishing streams on Twitch, if that is where you stream, and there is even a Twitch tag for fishing that you can add.

71. Have A Pet Cam

If you have a pet your chat would love to see them. Pets are a great addition to any live stream and can really make it more interesting.

If your pet hangs out in a certain area while you stream, set up a camera there and stream to your viewers.

72. Hair Styling

If you work as a hairstylist, or if you know how to style hair, it could be a neat thing to stream.

Even better, if you run a hair salon you could stream yourself working on your clients. But if you do this just make sure to get permission from your clients first. And add the Hair Styling tag on Twitch.

73. Stream Yourself Leather Working

Streaming yourself leatherworking is another great activity to stream. There are a ton of different ways that you can do it, so it should never get boring.

If you are on Twitch, be sure to add the leatherwork tag to your stream.

74. Build A PC

This one is for all the computer geeks out there. Building a PC can be a really fun and challenging project.

But most people who are into streaming are also into PCs and so it could be a good fit. Building a PC from scratch would make for some great content.

75. Play Permadeath On A Game

Playing a game permadeath style is super sweaty and super entertaining.

The way permadeath works is that if you die in a game you have to start over. You don’t get to use any of your extra lives (if you even have any).

If your games are starting to get a bit stale, try playing permadeath to spice things up. And add the permadeath tag if you are on Twitch.

If you have been grinding a game for a while, and you feel pretty confident in your abilities, maybe try going for a speedrun.

A speedrun is where you try to complete a game as quickly as possible. It’s a huge niche and there are tons of people who are totally into this type of gameplay.

Coding is a really fun and interesting thing to do. If you are into it, streaming yourself coding could be a great idea.

There are a ton of different coding projects that you can work on, so it never gets boring and lots of people are into coding.

There are tons of people who stream themselves playing with their RC cars. And it’s a really fun and exciting thing to watch. If you are into RC cars, or if you want to get into them, then streaming yourself racing could be a great idea.

79. Roleplay

Roleplaying is a really fun thing to do. If you have never done it before, give it a try. You can role play in a game you are playing such as GTA or you could just roleplay as a certain character for the day on the stream.

There are tons of different ways to roleplay, so it never gets old. And if you are on Twitch, be sure to add the roleplay tag to your channel.

80. Wood Working

Wood working is a really fun and interesting hobby. And if you are into it, streaming yourself wood working could be a great idea.

There are lots of different projects that you can work on, so it should never get boring. And if you use Twitch be sure to add the woodwork tag to your channel.

81. Stream Yourself Biking

If you are into biking, streaming yourself biking could be a great idea. There are lots of different trails and routes that you can take, so it never gets boring.

82. Talk About Sports

If you are into sports, talking about them on stream could be a lot of fun. There are lots of different things that you can talk about from football to baseball and everything in between.

And again, if you are on Twitch make sure to add the sport talk tag to your stream.

83. ASMR

ASMR is a really niche and fun thing to do. If you have never heard of it before, ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.

It is a tingling sensation that you get when listening to certain sounds or watching specific activities (such as crinkling something, for example).

Streaming yourself doing ASMR could be a great idea. And since ASMR mics tend to be a bit pricey that means there will be less competition for you.

84. Stream Yourself As A VTuber

Vtuber is a virtual Youtuber who uses a virtual avatar as their streaming persona.

One of the most famous Vtubers/streamer is Code Miko. You can check out their Twitch channel here.

It’s an interesting concept and something different you can try on stream. It can however be a bit tricky to set up so just keep that in mind.

85. Attempt A World Record

There is a lot of excitement and suspense that comes with attempting a world record. You could be a legend if you break a record too!

And if you are on Twitch make sure to add the WR tag.

86. Write A Story

This one is a bit different than the others. If you are into writing, streaming yourself while you write could be a great idea.

There are lots of different genres you could write about from fantasy, to mystery to romance. And it would be very cool for your chat to see you write a story from beginning to end.

And if you use Twitch be sure to add the writing tag to your stream.

87. Discuss A News Story

If you are into news or politics, then discussing a current events story could be interesting.

There is always something going on in the world, so you will never run out of ideas. And your chat could be interested in what is going on with world affairs.

But I will say that talking about things like politics could cause a lot of division within your chat so just be prepared for that.

I myself try to stay away from things like politics to avoid controversy, but if you feel like you are up for it then go for it.

And if you are on Twitch make sure to add the news tag to your stream.

88. Eat Something Sour

Do you remember eating Warheads candy when you were younger. My mouth just got watery thinking about them. They were so sour and it was always fun eating them with friends to see how they reacted.

Well, what about eating something sour in front of your stream so they can see your reaction. Maybe even have a bunch of sour food and candy and compare them.

Now that would be some wild content and I am sure it will have your chat busting up laughing.

89. Magic Tricks

Do you like magic tricks. I always loved watching David Blaine and Copperfield when I was younger.

It is so cool to see the magician make something disappear or levitate. If you are into magic, streaming yourself doing magic tricks could be a lot of fun, even if you are a beginner.

And if you are on Twitch be sure to add the magic tricks tag to your stream.

90. Makeup Tutorials

Streaming yourself doing makeup tutorials could be a lot of fun. You could do your own makeup or someone elses.

However, if you do decide to do a makeup tutorial for your stream then I recommend you have some understanding of what you are doing. Also, add the makeup tag if you are on Twitch.

91. Play A Game With Random Fills

There are streamers who base their entire streams off of playing with random fills. Playing a game with random fills is great because you never know what to expect.

And neither do your viewers. Loading into a game with a random teammate is fun and could make for some great content that you can upload to other platforms.

92. Do Cheap Science Experiments

This one is for the science nerds out there. Doing cheap science experiments on stream could be a lot of fun.

There are so many different experiments you could do, and most of them don’t require any special equipment or cost a lot of money. All you need is some creativity and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Here is a cool science experiment kit on Amazon, but you could also search the web and find a ton of awesome, inexpensive science experiments.

93. Do Rock Tumbling On Stream

This is a fun one for the outdoors people. Rock tumbling is the process of polishing rocks to make them smooth and shiny.

It’s pretty cool taking a beat-up dirty rock and transforming it into something beautiful. Your viewers will be blown away when they see the transformation.

94. Solve A Rubix Cube

The class Rubix Cube. I have never solved one before, and if you haven’t either then maybe you could stream yourself attempting to solve one.

Chat might be cool and try to help you, or maybe they will just laugh at your frustration. Either way, it would be a neat idea to try on stream.

95. Solve Sudokus With Your Viewers

Sudokus are great because they take a while to solve, giving your chat time to come up with their own answers.

Maybe you have some geniuses in chat and never knew it. And anytime you work with viewers to solve something it is a great relationship building experience.

You can find tons of free Sudokus online or you could grab a book like this one on Amazon.

96. Make Something With Clay

Clay is a fun and inexpensive material to use for making different sculptures.

It doesn’t take much effort to get started, just make sure to keep your hands wet so the clay doesn’t stick.

You can make anything you want with it, but I recommend making something that has a lot of detail and can be appreciated from far away.

97. Browse Amazon For Cool Things

Amazon has thousands of products, things I am sure you never even knew existed. What if you spent a stream going through and checking some of these things out.

You don’t even have to buy them. Just checking these things out with your stream is interesting enough.

98. Play A Modded Version Of A Game

Did you know that certain games have mods that allow you to modify how the game is played. For example, in GTA some mods allow your chat to control what happens in a game.

Some of these mods are meant to be funny and other mods are meant to make the game you play more difficult.

Whatever game you are in to try searching online and see if you can find a mod for that game. It would be a ton of fun. And if you are on Twitch make sure you add the modded tag.

99. Learn A New Skill With Your Viewers

There are so many different skills out there, and some of them can be learned in a day. For example, did you know that you can learn how to do a back handspring in less than 30 minutes?

I am not saying it will be easy, but it is possible.

Find a skill that you and your viewers are interested in, and spend a stream learning it together. You can even find classes on the internet that will walk you through everything.

100. Make A Candy Tier List

Again, expect the pot to be stirred with this one. Where does each candy rank on a tier list? That is up for you and your chat to decide.

101. Build The Ultimate Hot Wheels Track

I don’t care who you are, Hot Wheels are sick! And building the ultimate Hot Wheels track with your stream would be so rad!

You can get a basic track here on Amazon and after that it is off to the races. You can even have cars for some of your viewers and race them on stream. Ok now that is a sick idea!
