What Monitor Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the BenQ XL2546K Gaming Monitor. This BenQ XL2546K Gaming Monitor is a 24″, 1080p gaming monitor with great specs for console and PC gaming. The monitor has a 240Hz refresh rate, which is about as high as you’ll find, a <1ms response rate, and FreeSync Premium.

The monitor has 3 HDMI 2.0 ports and a single Display Port 1.2 port. It’s a great choice for First Person Shooter games, as the high refresh rate and response time introduce very little lag.

What Mouse Does Chica Use?

xQc uses a pink/magenta colored Logitech G Pro X Superlight Gaming Mouse. It has less than 1ms response time and a max DPI of 25,600. It’s super lightweight, weighing a mere 2.2 Oz, which is a 25% reduction in weight compared to the standard Logitech G Pro mouse.

This mouse might look cute, but it’s a hardcore gaming mouse with all of the top features we’ve come to love from the Logitech G Series of mouses.

This mouse is wireless, so you won’t have to worry about cables. It’s totally designed with gamers in mind, with 5 programmable buttons and fully customizable dpi settings.

Although xQc is a variety streamer, he does play a lot of shooter style games such as Rust, CSGO and Fortnite and so this mouse works well for him.

What Mouse Pad Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Amazon Basics Gaming Mouse Pad. As the name implies, this Amazon Basics Gaming Mousepad is, well, basic. It’s a simple gaming mousepad with black stitched edges and a medium-grain cloth surface. It’s an easy choice for gamers who don’t need anything fancy out of a mousepad.

What Keyboard Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Razer BlackWidow Chroma Gaming Keyboard. The Razer BlackWidow Chroma is a well-known gaming keyboard with fantastic specs. The keyboard features Razer’s Green Switches, which are known for their pleasant and distinct clicking sound.

If you weren’t aware, Razer was the first company to use mechanical switches on a gaming keyboard when they released the BlackWidow in 2010.

The keyboard has n-key rollover, which means the pressing of each key is accurately registered, even if several keys are being pressed at the same time.

I like that this keyboard is a full-sized keyboard, because I tend to use my gaming keyboard for work. Sometimes it comes in handy to have a numpad, since it makes typing numbers much faster.

What Headset Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro Headphones. These Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro Headphones have great sound quality and look good on stream. They have cloth padded ear caps and the plush microfiber pads are great for long gaming sessions, as they don’t make you sweat or hurt your ears over time.

The headphones are great for gaming or even producing music, as they produce a very accurate sound.

They have a semi-open back design, which gives them an airy and natural sound, but may allow some audio leakage at higher volumes.

What Microphone Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Shure SM7B Microphone and attaches it to a Road PSA1 Boom Arm. The mic is then connected to a GO XLR Audio Mixer which gives her more customization and control over her audio.

The Shure SM7B Microphone is a versatile microphone perfect for streaming, podcasting, or even recording music.

The microphone uses an XLR connection, which allows you to get the best quality possible while recording or streaming.

The microphone is a classic cardioid pattern microphone with uniform capture, so you’ll sound great at all angles.

Although this microphone is on the pricey side, costing hundreds of dollars, it is a very popular choice for professional streamers and broadcasters.

I recently switched to this mic myself and the sound quality is amazing. If you want to make a major upgrade to your streaming microphone, this is the one to go with.

The Road PSA1 boom arm is also a very popular choice amongst content creators. It is considered the best boom arm out there because of how easy it is to move around and adjust.

Having used several boom arms myself I can say with confidence that it is indeed the best boom arm available today.

Lastly, the GO XLR audio mixer allows Chica to have better control over her different audio channels. With this device she can control her game audio, Discord audio, and more all with a few switches.

With the GO XLR you can even create and use custom sound effects if that is something you wanted to do.

What Camera Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Sony Alpha a6000 Camera when she streams. She also connects her camera to the Elgato Cam Link 4K and a dummy camera battery so that she can use it when she streams.

This Sony Alpha a6000 camera is a very popular crop-sensor mirrorless camera from Sony. It’s a popular choice for streamers, YouTubers, and vloggers because it is so easy to transport and produces great video quality.

I use a Sony Alpha mirrorless camera for my streams, and the quality is amazing. With the right lens, I’ve found that the Sony Alpha crop sensor in this camera is very capable of producing amazing video, even in indoor settings.

What I really like about the Sony Alpha cameras is that they are compatible with Sony E-Mount lenses, which are easy to find (both new and used) and produce great results.

To use this camera in a stream, you’ll need to connect it to a capture card via the micro HDMI port on the camera.

The battery life on this camera isn’t great, though, so I recommend you purchase a plug-in battery to use while streaming.

What Capture Card Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Elgato HD 60 Pro 1080 Capture Card. The Elgato HD 60 Pro 1080 Capture Card is one of the most popular capture cards for streamers. The capture card mounts on your motherboard via PCIe, and allows you to capture the output of your console and broadcast it on your stream.

It has super low latency and features an onboard H.264 encoder, taking strain off of your GPU/CPU to encode your gameplay.

What PC Case Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Thermaltake Core P3 Gaming PC Case. The Thermaltake Core P3 gaming PC case has a wild design, with a tempered glass side panel and open top, front, back and bottom.

This case is remarkably versatile, and you can use it to build your rig vertically, horizontally (glass panel facing up), or even mounted on the wall.

The open-air design helps keep your rig cool and increase airflow, but it also allows more dust to circulate through your PC, so you’ll need to clean it frequently.

All told, this is a great case for advanced builders, but it lacks features that are helpful to newbies, like integrated fans or RGB lighting.

What Motherboard Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master Gaming Motherboard. The Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master gaming motherboard is one of Gigabyte’s most impressive motherboards for 8th and 9th generation Intel processors.

The motherboard has common features, like Wi-Fi 6 and NVMe PCIe M.2 slots. It has multi-zone addressable LED lighting and RGB headers.

One cool feature on this motherboard is the USB turbocharger, which is made specifically to fast charge your mobile devices.

What CPU Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Intel Core i9-9900K CPU. The Intel Core i9-9900K processor is an 8-core processor with a base speed of 3.60GHz and potential speeds of 5.00GHz.

When it first launched, the i9 9900K was the best CPU for gaming, hands down. Since then, the 10900K has come along and left the 9900K in the dust.

That being said, if you’re just planning on using your rig for gaming, the i9 9900K is still more than enough to play all current AAA titles at high settings without bottlenecking the CPU.

For the price, it might even be overkill since there are other great CPUs out there to put in your rig that won’t break the bank.

What GPU Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU. The EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Graphics Card is one of the most powerful graphics cards on the market. This is the EVGA release for the RTX 3080 GPU.

The RTX 3080 series was released late in 2020, and it has held up well over time. Although, the RTX 3090 Ti performs better on most benchmarks, the RTX 3080 still lands in the top 3 GPUs for gaming on most metrics.

This graphics card can handle anything you throw at it, running all the latest titles at max settings.

Even though it’s not the newest GPU on the market, it is nearly 50% cheaper than the RTX 3090, making it a very good relative value for what you get.

What RAM Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the G.Skill Trident Z RGB Series RAM. This GSKILL TridentZ RGB Series RAM is a popular choice for blazing fast DDR4 RAM. This particular set consists of 32GB of RAM capable of 3200MHz memory speed.

Since it has RGB lighting, you can customize the glow of the RAM sticks to match the appearance of your PC/gaming setup.

If you go with this RAM, make sure you have the right processor to get the most out of it. This RAM is optimized for Ryzen 2 and Intel Z270 and newer CPUs.

What Cooling Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Corsair H150i RGB Platinum Liquid Cooling. The Corsair H150i RGB Platinum Cooler is an all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting. The cooler works by circulating liquid between the cooling block, which sits atop your CPU, and the included radiator.

The radiator has 2 fans mounted on it which continually cool the liquid flowing through the radiator before sending it back to the cooling block.

This is a quiet, good looking, and efficient solution, especially if you need a powerful cooler for heat-generating activities like overclocking your CPU while gaming.

What Power Supply Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the EVGA Super Nova 750W Gold Power Supply. 750W is plenty for most rigs, and it’s sort of the sweet spot if you’re running a powerful GPU and CPU.

The Super Nova Gold Series from EVGA is fully modular, which means you only need to connect the cables you’ll actually use in your build. This cuts down on clutter in your rig, and gives you more options.

I recently built a setup using this exact PSU, and it was a pleasure to build with. It even saved my hide by intelligently not powering on when one of my other components was short-circuited.

What SSD Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Western Digital 1TB SSD. It’s an M.2 NVMe drive, which have the fastest data transfer rates of any SSDs on market right now.

What’s great about M.2 NVMe SSDs is that they’re super small and they have amazing performance.

In fact, this drive is several times faster than a regular SSD, and at least 10x faster than an HDD.

If your motherboard supports it, I really recommend grabbing an SSD like this one for your operating system and most commonly-played games.

What Hard Drive Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Western Digital 2TB Internal Hard Drive. This has 2 TB of storage, which is absolutely fantastic. It’ll be able to handle your boot drive, a few games, and even some clips and videos.

When you’re looking at SSDs, they’re all going to be pretty similar. It’ll mostly come down to which brands you trust and have had good / bad experiences with.

If you talk to 100 people, all 100 are going to tell you how they’ll never buy an X hard drive again. In reality, most brands are as good as the next, as long as they have a long history of quality products.

WD, Samsung, Crucial, etc are all great brands, and this WD specifically is a fantastic SSD for any streaming PC.

What Chair Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the MAVIX M9 Gaming Chair. This MAVIX M9 Gaming Chair is a sleek, good-looking gaming chair that has everything a streamer/gamer needs. The chair has lumbar support, mesh panels for improved breathability, smooth gliding coasters, and premium cool gel memory foam cushioning.

What Desk Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Ikea Bekant Sit/Stand Desk. The Bekant is a very spacious desk that can easily fit things like a gaming monitor, a PC, and other gaming/streaming equipment. The desk is also height adjustable and can be used sitting or standing.

This is the desk that I use with my setup and it’s great. It has tons of space and looks clean. But I think my favorite thing about this desk is how easy it is to adjust it up and down for sitting and standing.

What Lights Does Chica Use?

Chica uses two Elgato Ring Lights when she streams. One of the lights is placed in front of her and the other is placed to the side of her.

The Elgato Ring Light is a powerful light, and a popular choice amongst streamers. This light mounts of the edge of your desk and has a ball point located in the middle of it where you can put a camera.

On top of this you can adjust the brightness and the temperature of the light allowing you to get the perfect lighting on your stream.

However, what I think I like most about this light is that it can connect easily to the Elgato Stream Deck. This means you can control this light from the Stream Deck which is awesome.

I use this light in my streaming setup and I really like it. It’s easy to use and setup and the quality is fantastic.

What Software Does Chica Use To Stream?

Chica uses OBS to stream and then uses Nightbot to help moderate chat.

What Operating System (OS) Does Chica Use?

Chica uses the Windows 10 operating system (OS).

Other Gear Used By Chica?

What PC Does Chica Use?

Chica uses a custom built PC which includes a Thermaltake Core P3 PC Case, Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master Motherboard, Intel Core i9-9900K CPU, EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU, G.Skill Trident Z RGB RAM, Corsair H150i RGB Liquid Cooling, EVGA Super Nova 750W Gold PSU, and a Western Digital 1TB SSD.

How Much Is Chica’s PC & Setup Worth?

Chica’s PC is worth an estimated $3,200. Her entire streaming/gaming setup, including her PC, is worth an estimated $8,500.

What Org Is Chica A Part Of?

Chica is a part of Luminosity Gaming. She joined the org on October 31st, 2020.
