What Monitor Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses 2 Alienware 25 Gaming Monitors, one for gaming and one for reading her chat. The Alienware 25 gaming monitor is a 25″ monitor with Freesync capabilities and a native 240Hz refresh rate perfect for games that Pokimane plays such as Valorant.
With such a high refresh rate, you’re sure to get the best possible performance on all of your games.
While 25″ isn’t the largest monitor size around, it’s is an ideal size for gaming.
Keeping the monitor size compact ensures you can see all of the action occurring in your game without having to scan a large display with your eyes or swivel your head.
What Mouse Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane use the HyperX Pulsfire Dart Gaming Mouse. This mouse is a value-priced gaming mouse, but has all the features of a more premium gaming mouse. Pokimane renewed her partnership with HyperX on May 12, 2021 and uses several of their products for her streaming/gaming setup.
The Pulsefire has RGB lighting, up to 16,000 DPI, and switches rated for 50 million clicks. Since it’s wired, you won’t need to worry about charging it or running out of battery during a game. The mouse connects to your PC via USB 2.0 and has six programmable buttons.
The mouse has a number of features just for gamers, like oversized mouse feet, which help the mouse glide better over the mouse pad. It also has a braided cable with a woven texture, which feels much nicer than rubber or plastic cables.
What Mouse Pad Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the HyperX Fury S Speed edition mouse pad. This mouse pad has a slick design with the HyperX logo and some red, abstract artwork. The size of the mouse pad is perfect for gaming as it provides a large surface area for long, sweeping movements that are common in gaming.
It’s on the bigger side, at approximately 36″ across and 16″ deep, but this is the perfect mousepad if you prefer having your keyboard and mouse together on the mousepad. It’s really more of a desk pad than a mousepad.
One thing that sets this mousepad apart is its more grainy/coarse texture which helps you make more precise movements with the mouse. This really comes in handy in shooting games where aiming is a crucial part of the gameplay.
And since Pokimane plays a lot of Valorant as of late, it is no surprise that this is her mousepad of choice.
What Keyboard Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the HyperX Alloy Origins Gaming Keyboard. This keyboard is an ultra compact keyboard (60%) with linear switches and RGB backlighting. The keyboard’s super small form factor makes it ideal for carrying around in a bag or backpack to take to tournaments.
It features a detachable USB-C cable, which means you can remove the cable before transporting and easily find a replacement cable should the included cable wear out. The keyboard’s aluminum body gives it a premium feel, and the switches are known for being buttery and smooth.
The keycaps that come with the keyboard are made from PBT, a very sturdy and resistant plastic. The keyboard even comes with a keycap puller to help you remove keys if they need to be replaced.
Although Pokimane does not compete in any tournaments, she does play ranked Valorant and so having a nice gaming keyboard makes sense for her.
If you play competitive games as well, this keyboard is an excellent choice.
What Headset Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the HyperX Cloud Alpha Gaming Headset. This headset is a premium gaming headset from HyperX and comes at a really accessible price point. It looks really similar to the Logitech G Pro X gaming headset, and they also have many features in common.
The Cloud Alpha is made with an aluminum body and leatherette-covered earcups and headband. The microphone is detachable and the headset ships with a dongle for controlling the volume and sound mode.
In addition, the headphones are compatible with Virtual Surround Sound, which gets you the best quality sound from your games and movies. Overall, this headset provides superior sound and build quality for a reasonable, affordable price.
What Microphone Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the Electro-Voice RE20-BLACK Microphone attached to an Electro-Voice Shock Mount that she connects to a Rode PSA1 Boom Arm. She also uses a Universal Audio LA-610 Mk Compressor and an Audient iD4 USB High Performance Audio Interface to help improve her sound quality.
The Electro-Voice RE-20 microphone is a dynamic cardioid microphone and a favorite among broadcasters and voice engineers.
The microphone is known for minimizing the effects of proximity, so you won’t hear dramatic shifts in sound as you change positions around the mic.
The microphone is an XLR microphone, so you’ll need an XLR/USB interface to use this for streaming. If you frequently need to record voices for broadcasts or streaming, and you have the budget, then this professional microphone is a wonderful choice.
Oh, and having used the Rode PSA1 boom arm myself I would have to say that it is the best boom arms out there. It allows you to easily move your mic in any position so you can stream more comfortably.
What Camera Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses a Sony Alpha a6000 Mirrorless Camera with a Sony SELP1650 16-50mm Power Zoom Lens. She then connects the camera to her computer with an Elgato Cam Link 4K and powers her camera with a dummy camera battery.
The camera captures high quality video, the Cam Link transmits that video to the PC and the dummy battery powers the camera.
The Sony Alpha a6000 camera is a very popular crop-sensor mirrorless camera. It’s a popular choice for streamers, YouTubers, and vloggers because it is so easy to transport and produces great video quality.
I use a Sony Alpha mirrorless camera for my streams, and the quality is amazing. With the right lens, I’ve found that the Sony Alpha crop sensor in this camera is very capable of producing amazing video, even in indoor settings.
What I really like about the Sony Alpha cameras is that they are compatible with Sony E-Mount lenses, which are easy to find (both new and used) and produce great results.
To use this camera in a stream, you’ll need to connect it to a capture card via the micro HDMI port on the camera.
The battery life on this camera isn’t great, though, so I recommend you purchase a plug-in battery to use while streaming like the one linked above.
What PC Case Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the NZXT H510 Elite PC case. This PC case is a very sharp-looking case from NZXT and is very common amongst both streamers and gamers. The case has a total of 4 fans: one top exhaust fan, one rear exhaust fan, and two RGB front fans.
In addition to its RGB fans, the case also features two tempered glass panels, one in front and one on the side.
It’s got everything you would expect from a modern gaming case, like a front USB 3.0 port, headphone jacks, and built-in cable management.

What CPU Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the Intel Core i9-11900k processor. This processor is the 11th gen version of Intel’s i9 processor. Even though this is not the latest generation for this series, it still has power than enough in terms of computing power and speed.
In fact, Toms Hardware ranks this CPU as the second most powerful CPU for gaming, right behind the i9 12900k. In other words, just because this isn’t the latest processor, doesn’t mean you aren’t going to get extreme performance.
While the newest-generation of i9 processors utilizes 16 cores, with 8 efficiency cores, the 11th generation i9 actually beats out the 12th generation i9 on single-threaded CPU benchmarks.
Something to keep in mind is that this processor generates a lot of heat. If you decide to use this CPU in your rig, you’ll want to invest in a good cooling system.
I would recommend you get a liquid cooling system in order to get the most out of this processor. I mention the cooling system that Pokimane uses further down.
What GPU Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the EVGA GeForce RTX 3090. This GPU is EVGA’s graphics card release for the RTX 3090 GPU chipset. It has a whopping 24GB of GDDR6X VRAM with iCX3 Technology, and can handle all of the latest titles at max settings.
At the moment, the RTX 3090 chipset is the most powerful GPU on the market. Including this graphics card in your setup will give you the best gaming experience out there, including the potential for 8K gameplay.
Although this graphics card probably costs more than your PC, it can handle just about anything you throw at it.
This EVGA RTX 3090 ships with 3 DisplayPort interfaces and an HDMI port. With such a high-tech GPU you can tell that Pokimane takes her gaming very seriously.
What RAM Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the G.Skill Trident Z Royal Series 32GB RAM. This RAM is DDR4 RAM rated for speeds up to 3600MHz and has all the features you would expect from gaming RAM, such as RGB lighting.
This particular RAM set comes in a 4-pack of 8GB RAM sticks. The first thing you’ll notice about this RAM is its unique design.

Pokimane uses the EVGA SuperNOVA 850 Ga, 80 Plus Gold 850W Power Supply. While most gaming rigs will perform just fine on a 750W power supply, 850W is ideal for Pokimane’s setup because both her GPU and CPU are power-intensive.

What Operating System Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the Windows 10 Operating System. Although Pokimane’s processor is compatible with Windows 11, she is among the many gamers and streamers who are sticking to Windows 10 for stability.
It’s not uncommon for new operating systems to have bugs, so until Windows 11 has been tested and improved, Windows 10 is a more reliable choice.
What Chair Does Pokimane Use?

Pokimane uses 2 Falcon Eyes LED Lights when she streams. She faces the lights away from her and towards the wall so that way she does not appear too bright on her stream. Although the lights are not facing her directly, they still provide quality lighting for her stream.
When using panel lights such as these for your streams you will typically need to purchase and use 2, one on each side, just like Pokimane.
The reason for this is that one light would not light up you face evenly since only one side of your face would be lit up with only one light.
These Falcon Lights allow you to adjust both the temperature and the brightness of your lighting allowing you to easily find the right lighting for your stream. These lights are great quality and very affordable.
What Desk Does Pokimane Use?
Pokimane uses the South Shore Majyta Adjustable desk. This desk is a height-adjustable 60″x 30″ desk. The desk is electric, so it has a motor that adjusts the height up and down when you press a button.
I use an electric desk just like this one, and it’s a total game changer. The ability to raise your desk up and down means you can spend part of the day seated, and part of the day in a standing position.
This is perfect for anyone who spends long hours at a time at their desk.

Is Pokimane Part Of An Org?
Pokimane is not part of an org, and has mentioned that she has no intention of joining one either. Although she has been offered to join several orgs, she feels that she would be spreading herself too thin and that it would dilute the quality of some of the other things she is a part of.
What Platform Does Pokimane Stream On?
Pokimane streams exclusively on Twitch. On February 8th, 2022 she announced that she had signed a contract to remain on Twitch, which is where her streaming career began in the first place.
